What massage and wellness therapies do you offer?
We offer 12 specialized therapies: Traditional Thai Massage, Dry Massage, Oil Massage, Hot Oil Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Aroma Body Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Nuru Massage, Body To Body Massage, Four Hand Massage, Six Hand Massage, and Couple Massage. Sessions range from 45 to 120 minutes with starting rates from ৳4,500.
Are treatments conducted in private rooms?
Yes, 100% of our sessions are conducted inside individual, sound-insulated private suites. Each room features ambient lighting, climate control, fresh sanitized linens, and an en-suite rainfall shower for your complete privacy and comfort.

Do I need to book my appointment in advance?
While we accommodate walk-ins when slots are available, we strongly recommend booking 2 to 4 hours in advance—especially for weekend visits, couple massage suites, and multi-therapist services (Four Hand and Six Hand)—to guarantee your preferred room and time.
What are True Thai Spa's opening hours?
We are open daily, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We remain open on public holidays and weekends to cater to our guests' relaxation schedules.
Which areas of Dhaka do your guests visit from?
While located on Gulshan Avenue, our clients regularly visit from across Dhaka including Gulshan 1 & 2, Banani, Baridhara Diplomatic Zone, Niketon, Bashundhara R/A, Badda, Mohakhali, Uttara, and Dhanmondi.
Which massage service is best suited for first-time visitors?
For first-time guests seeking whole-body restoration, we recommend either our Traditional Thai Massage (performed fully clothed with gentle assisted yoga stretching) or our classic Oil Massage (smooth, light-to-medium pressure with warm botanical oils). Our concierge is happy to guide you based on your personal preference.
What should I wear or bring to my appointment?
You do not need to bring anything. For Traditional Thai and Dry Massages, we provide clean, loose cotton spa outfits. For oil and bodywork sessions, we provide disposable undergarments, soft robes, sanitized towels, and footwear.
What payment methods do you accept at True Thai Spa?
We accept Cash (BDT), major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as mobile banking methods including bKash and Nagad.
Can I shower before or after the treatment?
Yes, every private suite is equipped with a private en-suite rainfall shower, premium organic botanical toiletries, and clean heated towels for your convenience.
What if I arrive late for my appointment?
We kindly request arriving 10–15 minutes early to enjoy herbal welcome tea and complete consultation. If you arrive late, we make every effort to provide the full duration, subject to subsequent suite bookings.
