1. Spa Etiquette & Mutual Respect

True Thai Spa is a professional wellness, bodywork, and therapeutic relaxation sanctuary. Our therapists are skilled healthcare and bodywork practitioners. Respectful conduct is required at all times.

2. Reservations & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled via online booking, phone, or WhatsApp. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please notify our front desk at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled time.

3. Health & Medical Disclosure

Guests are requested to inform their therapist of any pre-existing medical conditions, cardiovascular concerns, pregnancy, or recent surgeries during the pre-session intake.
